Nivel ridicat de zah\u0103r din s\u00e2nge: atunci c\u00e2nd consuma\u021bi alimente bogate \u00een zah\u0103r sau cu indice glicemic mare (cartofi, cereale, p\u00e2ine, paste, porumb, orez etc.), nivelul zah\u0103rului din s\u00e2nge cre\u0219te semnificativ. \u00cen cazul zah\u0103rului, glicemia cre\u0219te \u0219i rapid, nu doar mult.<br>2. Stresul oxidativ: Nivelul ridicat de zah\u0103r din s\u00e2nge duce la producerea de molecule d\u0103un\u0103toare numite specii reactive de oxigen (ROS), printr-un proces numit stres oxidativ.<br>3. Daune celulare: Aceste ROS pot deteriora celulele \u0219i \u021besuturile, pe care organismul le recunoa\u0219te ca fiind o amenin\u021bare.<br>4. R\u0103spunsul imunitar: Sistemul imunitar r\u0103spunde la aceast\u0103 afectare prin eliberarea de citokine inflamatorii (IL-6, TNF-\u03b1, IL-1\u03b2) \u0219i proteine (CRP).<br>5. Rezult\u0103 &#8211; Inflama\u021bia: Aceste citokine \u0219i proteine provoac\u0103 inflama\u021bie, care face parte din procesul natural de vindecare al organismului, dar poate deveni d\u0103un\u0103toare dac\u0103 apare prea des sau pentru prea mult timp.<\/p>\n<p>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta? Nu mai m\u00e2nc\u0103m deloc, niciodat\u0103, alimente cu indice glicemic mare? Ba da, ne putem bucura de cartofi la cuptor, 1-2 felii de p\u00e2ine (cu vinete, spre exemplu&#8230; gustul copil\u0103riei), o por\u021bie de paste din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd. At\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t nu devine un obicei (adic\u0103 nu zilnic) \u0219i nu m\u00e2nc\u0103m \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi mari. Trebuie doar s\u0103 fim con\u0219tien\u021bi de efectul lor \u0219i s\u0103 le punem pe acela\u0219i loc cu&#8230; pr\u0103jiturile, spre exemplu. Despre pr\u0103jituri \u0219tim sigur c\u0103 trebuie m\u00e2ncate rar \u0219i cu modera\u021bie. Acela\u0219i lucru g\u00e2ndim \u0219i despre alimente cu indice glicemic mare. Sunt ni\u0219te pl\u0103ceri pe care ni le vom permite din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd (o mas\u0103 pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus, mai exist\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 un efect negativ pe care \u00eel au astfel de alimente \u00een corp.
