Din p\u0103cate, mul\u021bi dintre noi au ajuns s\u0103 cread\u0103 c\u0103 \u0219i propriul corp se supune aceleia\u0219i logici. C\u0103 putem <em>negocia<\/em> cu biologia. C\u0103 putem convinge organismul s\u0103 func\u021bioneze optim chiar dac\u0103 \u00eei oferim prea pu\u021bin somn, prea mult zah\u0103r, prea pu\u021bin\u0103 mi\u0219care \u0219i prea mult stres.<br \/>Adev\u0103rul? Biologia nu negociaz\u0103. Fiziologia uman\u0103 are propriile reguli \u2014 ne place sau nu, ne convine sau nu.<\/p><p>Acest articol \u00ee\u021bi arat\u0103 de ce \u00eencercarea de a negocia cu propriul organism este o strategie perdant\u0103 \u0219i cum respectarea nevoilor sale fundamentale este singura cale c\u0103tre s\u0103n\u0103tate real\u0103 \u0219i durabil\u0103.<\/p><h2><strong>Biologia nu \u021bine cont de preferin\u021bele noastre<\/strong><\/h2><p>Corpul uman a fost construit s\u0103 func\u021bioneze \u00eentr-un anumit fel. Pentru a produce energie, pentru a dormi bine, pentru a regla hormonii, pentru a elimina toxinele \u0219i pentru a sus\u021bine procesele vitale are nevoie de:<\/p><ul><li>Alimenta\u021bie corect\u0103<\/li><li>Hidratare adecvat\u0103<\/li><li>Somn suficient \u0219i de calitate<\/li><li>Activitate fizic\u0103<\/li><li>Reducerea stresului<\/li><li>Rela\u021bii sociale s\u0103n\u0103toase<\/li><\/ul><p>Aceste reguli nu sunt inventate de nutri\u021bioni\u0219ti, medici sau speciali\u0219ti \u00een medicin\u0103 func\u021bional\u0103. Ele sunt dictate de fiziologie. De legile naturii. Nu sunt op\u021bionale, nu sunt supuse negocierii. A spune <em>\u201enu am timp pentru somn\u201d<\/em> este echivalent cu <em>\u201enu am timp s\u0103 respir\u201d<\/em>. Pe termen lung, nota de plat\u0103 vine oricum.<\/p><h2><strong>De ce oamenii negociaz\u0103 cu propriul corp<\/strong><\/h2><p>O mare parte a popula\u021biei refuz\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 schimb\u0103ri reale \u00een stilul de via\u021b\u0103. De ce?<\/p><ul><li>Pentru c\u0103 prefer\u0103 comoditatea<\/li><li>Pentru c\u0103 disciplina pare grea<\/li><li>Pentru c\u0103 nu \u00een\u021beleg consecin\u021bele<\/li><li>Pentru c\u0103 au impresia c\u0103 \u201emerge \u0219i a\u0219a\u201d<\/li><li>Pentru c\u0103 nu simt imediat efectele negative<\/li><\/ul><p>Apar justific\u0103ri:<\/p><p>\u201eDar pot s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nc pu\u021bin dulce, nu?\u201d<br \/>\u201eDar nu pot s\u0103 fac tot protocolul, e prea complicat.\u201d<br \/>\u201eNu am timp pentru sport.\u201d<br \/>\u201eNu am timp s\u0103 g\u0103tesc s\u0103n\u0103tos.\u201d<br \/>\u201eNu pot face chiar toate recomand\u0103rile, \u00eemi e peste m\u00e2n\u0103.\u201d<\/p><p>Se creeaz\u0103 iluzia c\u0103 organismul ar putea fi p\u0103c\u0103lit, compromis, convins s\u0103 func\u021bioneze optim doar cu jum\u0103t\u0103\u021bi de m\u0103sur\u0103.<br \/>Nu. Corpul nu lucreaz\u0103 dup\u0103 dorin\u021bele noastre, ci dup\u0103 legile sale.<\/p><h2><strong>C\u00e2nd corpul \u00ee\u021bi spune NU<\/strong><\/h2><p>Corpul este cel mai onest partener pe care \u00eel avem. Dac\u0103 \u00eel tratezi cu neglijen\u021b\u0103, \u00ee\u021bi r\u0103spunde direct:<\/p><ul><li>oboseal\u0103 cronic\u0103<\/li><li>digestie proast\u0103<\/li><li>cre\u0219tere \u00een greutate<\/li><li>probleme hormonale<\/li><li>infertilitate<\/li><li>anxietate \u0219i depresie<\/li><li>boli cronice (diabet tip 2, boli cardiovasculare, Alzheimer, boli autoimune, cancer)<\/li><\/ul><p>Toate sunt rezultatul negocierilor e\u0219uate cu biologia.<\/p><p>Nu po\u021bi cere corpului s\u0103 fie eficient dac\u0103 nu \u00eei oferi materia prim\u0103. Nu po\u021bi cere energie dac\u0103 dormi 5 ore. Nu po\u021bi cere imunitate bun\u0103 c\u00e2nd m\u0103n\u00e2nci doar zah\u0103r \u0219i pr\u0103jeli. Nu po\u021bi cere echilibru hormonal c\u00e2nd tr\u0103ie\u0219ti sub stres permanent.<\/p><p>Nu \u00een corp e problema \u2014 ci \u00een noi.<\/p><h2><strong>Nu eu am inventat regulile, ci biologia<\/strong><\/h2><p>Nutri\u021bioni\u0219tii, medicii, speciali\u0219tii \u00een medicin\u0103 func\u021bional\u0103, nu ei decid cum trebuie s\u0103 func\u021bioneze corpul. Ei doar explic\u0103 ce spune fiziologia. Biologia a stabilit de la \u00eenceput parametrii. Speciali\u0219tii doar ne traduc aceste \u201einstruc\u021biuni\u201d ca s\u0103 putem func\u021biona la capacitate optim\u0103. A te sup\u0103ra pe specialist pentru c\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi cere s\u0103 faci schimb\u0103ri este ca \u0219i cum te-ai sup\u0103ra pe profesoara de fizic\u0103 pentru c\u0103 gravita\u021bia exist\u0103.<\/p><h2><strong>Iluzia compromisului<\/strong><\/h2><p>Mul\u021bi oameni cred c\u0103 pot adopta un stil de via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos \u201epe jum\u0103tate\u201d:<\/p><ul><li>M\u0103n\u00e2nc s\u0103n\u0103tos doar c\u00e2nd pot<\/li><li>Dorm bine doar \u00een weekend<\/li><li>Beau ap\u0103 doar c\u00e2nd \u00eemi e sete<\/li><li>Fac mi\u0219care doar c\u00e2nd \u00eemi vine<\/li><li>M\u0103 relaxez doar \u00een vacan\u021be<\/li><\/ul><p>\u0218i apoi se \u00eentreab\u0103: \u201eDe ce nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103?\u201d<\/p><p>Pentru c\u0103 nu se poate negocia cu fiziologia. Fie \u00eei dai ce are nevoie, fie vei pl\u0103ti consecin\u021bele.<\/p><h2><strong>Specialistul nu este du\u0219manul \u2014 este aliatul t\u0103u<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u00cen \u00eencercarea de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een zona de confort, mul\u021bi oameni ajung s\u0103 cread\u0103 c\u0103 specialistul le face via\u021ba grea. C\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te s\u0103 le ia pl\u0103cerile, s\u0103 le complice rutina, s\u0103 le impun\u0103 reguli dure. Dar scopul specialistului nu este s\u0103-\u021bi limiteze via\u021ba, ci s\u0103 \u021bi-o ofere \u00eenapoi. S\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi ofere energie, libertate, vitalitate, optimism, longevitate. E cel mai loial ghid, dar sfaturile lui func\u021bioneaz\u0103 doar dac\u0103 sunt urmate. 100%, nu 20%.<\/p><h2><strong>C\u00e2nd respec\u021bi biologia, corpul te recompenseaz\u0103<\/strong><\/h2><p>Atunci c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u021bi oferi disciplin\u0103, nu comoditate:<\/p><ul><li>Dormi mai bine<\/li><li>Ai mai mult\u0103 energie<\/li><li>Sl\u0103be\u0219ti natural<\/li><li>Ai claritate mental\u0103<\/li><li>Sistemul imunitar se \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te<\/li><li>Hormonii se echilibreaz\u0103<\/li><li>Starea emo\u021bional\u0103 se \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te<\/li><\/ul><p>Corpul \u00ee\u021bi r\u0103spunde imediat c\u00e2nd \u00eel tratezi corect, pentru c\u0103 exact asta \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te. S\u0103 func\u021bioneze. C\u00e2nd \u00eel respec\u021bi, el te r\u0103spl\u0103te\u0219te.<\/p><h2><strong>C\u00e2nd via\u021ba este complicat\u0103: ture, responsabilit\u0103\u021bi, copii, navet\u0103 \u2014 biologia tot nu negociaz\u0103<\/strong><\/h2><p>Mul\u021bi oameni tr\u0103iesc vie\u021bi extrem de solicitante. Lucreaz\u0103 \u00een ture, au responsabilit\u0103\u021bi multiple, au grij\u0103 de copii sau de persoane v\u00e2rstnice, fac naveta ore \u00eentregi, jongleaz\u0103 cu provoc\u0103ri care le ocup\u0103 fiecare minut al zilei. Nu au timp pentru g\u0103tit, sport, rutine de somn, relaxare sau via\u021b\u0103 social\u0103. Este real, este greu, este de multe ori cople\u0219itor. \u00cens\u0103, indiferent c\u00e2t de \u201ejustificat\u201d este haosul, corpul tot nu negociaz\u0103. Fiziologia nu \u00ee\u0219i schimb\u0103 regulile pentru c\u0103 noi avem un program dificil. Lipsa somnului nu devine brusc s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 doar pentru c\u0103 lucr\u0103m \u00een ture. M\u00e2ncarea procesat\u0103 nu devine nutritiv\u0103 doar pentru c\u0103 nu avem timp s\u0103 g\u0103tim. Stresul cronic nu devine inofensiv pentru c\u0103 nu avem solu\u021bii.<\/p><p>\u0218tiin\u021ba este clar\u0103:<\/p><ul><li>Munca \u00een ture a fost clasificat\u0103 ca factor de risc cancerigen.<\/li><li>Stresul cronic contribuie la boli cardiovasculare, autoimune, obezitate, depresie.<\/li><li>Lipsa somnului afecteaz\u0103 toate sistemele organismului.<\/li><\/ul><p>Dac\u0103 aceste condi\u021bii se men\u021bin, bolile sunt inevitabile. Nu pentru c\u0103 \u201enu avem noroc\u201d, ci pentru c\u0103 biologia are legi care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 indiferent de context. De aceea, oric\u00e2t de dur sun\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 accept\u0103m adev\u0103rul: Stilul de via\u021b\u0103 pe care \u00eel avem ne determin\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea, iar consecin\u021bele nu \u021bin cont de scuze, responsabilit\u0103\u021bi sau circumstan\u021be.<\/p><p>Putem alege:<\/p><ul><li>s\u0103 ne complacem,<\/li><li>s\u0103 ne justific\u0103m,<\/li><li>s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m motive pentru care \u201enu se poate\u201d,<\/li><\/ul><p>sau putem decide s\u0103 facem schimb\u0103ri reale.<\/p><p>Pentru c\u0103, oric\u00e2t de mult ne dorim, corpul nu va func\u021biona perfect zeci de ani doar pentru c\u0103 avem inten\u021bii bune.<\/p><p>Unii vor spune:<\/p><p>\u201eNu pot pune s\u0103n\u0103tatea pe primul loc \u2014 am responsabilit\u0103\u021bi, familie, copii.\u201d<\/p><p>Dar tocmai pentru c\u0103 ai responsabilit\u0103\u021bi, s\u0103n\u0103tatea ta trebuie s\u0103 fie prioritar\u0103. Dac\u0103 tu nu e\u0219ti bine, nu vei putea avea grij\u0103 de cei dragi a\u0219a cum \u00ee\u021bi dore\u0219ti. Dac\u0103 ajungi bolnav, epuizat, dependent de medicamente, cine va prelua responsabilit\u0103\u021bile? Cum vei fi prezent pentru cei care au nevoie de tine? \u0218i poate cel mai profund aspect: Ce exemplu le oferim copiilor no\u0219tri? Le ar\u0103t\u0103m c\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea e negociabil\u0103, secundar\u0103, op\u021bional\u0103? Sau c\u0103 este fundamentul unei vie\u021bi bune?<\/p><p>Schimb\u0103rile nu sunt u\u0219oare \u2014 dar nici iadul bolilor cronice nu este. Putem r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een realitatea prezent\u0103, sau putem decide c\u0103 merit\u0103m \u0219i oferim mai mult.<\/p><p>Po\u021bi negocia \u00een via\u021b\u0103 multe lucruri, dar nu po\u021bi negocia cu biologia. Corpul t\u0103u nu are orgolii, preferin\u021be sau opinii, are doar nevoi. At\u00e2t timp c\u00e2t le respec\u021bi, func\u021bioneaz\u0103 perfect, dac\u0103 le ignori, \u00ee\u021bi transmite consecin\u021bele.<\/p><p>Nutri\u021bia, somnul, mi\u0219carea, hidratarea \u0219i reducerea stresului nu sunt op\u021biuni, sunt funda\u021bia vie\u021bii. Specialistul nu e du\u0219manul t\u0103u, este ghidul care vrea s\u0103 te duc\u0103 \u00een cea mai bun\u0103 versiune a ta.
