Mi\u0219carea ajut\u0103 la:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea sensibilit\u0103\u021bii la insulin\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>controlul greut\u0103\u021bii;<\/li>\n<li>reducerea stresului \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea somnului;<\/li>\n<li>s\u0103n\u0103tatea inimii \u0219i a vaselor de s\u00e2nge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un aspect esen\u021bial este <strong>dezvoltarea masei musculare<\/strong>. Mu\u0219chii reprezint\u0103 principalul rezervor de glucoz\u0103 al organismului, iar o mas\u0103 muscular\u0103 bine dezvoltat\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021be\u0219te semnificativ controlul glicemiei.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen schimb, o mas\u0103 muscular\u0103 redus\u0103 poate fi chiar unul dintre factorii care au contribuit la apari\u021bia diabetului, deoarece organismul are mai pu\u021bin\u0103 capacitate de a folosi eficient glucoza din s\u00e2nge.<\/p>\n<p>Se recomand\u0103 cel pu\u021bin <strong>150 de minute de activitate fizic\u0103 moderat\u0103 pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103<\/strong>, combinate cu <strong>3 antrenamente de<\/strong> <strong>exerci\u021bii de for\u021b\u0103<\/strong> pentru men\u021binerea \u0219i cre\u0219terea masei musculare.<\/p>\n<h2><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Monitorizarea glicemiei<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><\/h2>\n<p>Persoanele cu diabet trebuie s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i <strong>verifice regulat nivelul glicemiei<\/strong>, conform recomand\u0103rilor medicului.<\/p>\n<p>Un instrument extrem de util este <strong>senzorul de monitorizare continu\u0103 a glicemiei (CGM)<\/strong>. Acesta nu doar \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 valorile glicemice, ci are \u0219i un rol educativ.
