Aceste alimente produc astfel de rezultate dac\u0103 sunt consumate fie zilnic, fie \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi mari, pe o perioada lung\u0103 de timp (10, 20 chiar 30 de ani \u00een unele cazuri).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alimente precum:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ultraprocesate<\/li>\n<li>mezeluri, c\u00e2rna\u021bi<\/li>\n<li>untur\u0103, sl\u0103nin\u0103, unt<\/li>\n<li>p\u00e2ine, cartofi, paste (inclusiv cele integrale), orez alb, rondele de orez, m\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103, orice produs ce con\u021bine f\u0103in\u0103 alb\u0103 (produse de brut\u0103rie, de patiserie, de cofet\u0103rie)<\/li>\n<li>pr\u0103jituri<\/li>\n<li>alimente pr\u0103jite<\/li>\n<li>miere, sirop de ar\u021bar, sirop de agave, zah\u0103r de cocos (alimente cu mult zah\u0103r)<\/li>\n<li>compoturi, dulce\u021buri, gem, piureuri, sucuri naturale (preparate cu mult zah\u0103r sau f\u0103r\u0103 fibre)<\/li>\n<li>ulei de floarea soarelui, soia, porumb (rafinate, bogate \u00een Omega 6, poten\u021bial inflamator, provoac\u0103 dezechilibru \u00eentre Omega 6 \u0219i Omega 3)<\/li>\n<li>lactate \u0219i br\u00e2nzeturi de vac\u0103 (poten\u021bial inflamator din cauza cazeinei de tip A1, chiar \u0219i pentru persoanele f\u0103r\u0103 intoleran\u021b\u0103 la lactoz\u0103)<\/li>\n<li>b\u0103uturi cu zah\u0103r, inclusiv sucuri naturale f\u0103cute \u00een cas\u0103<\/li>\n<li>alcool<\/li>\n<li>Glutamat monosodic (MSG), conservan\u021bi (nitri\u021bi, nitra\u021bi), coloran\u021bi, emulgatori<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Multe persoane procedeaz\u0103 \u00een felul urm\u0103tor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Luni, la micul dejun, m\u00e2nc\u0103m o felie, dou\u0103 de mezeluri, c\u0103 nu am mai m\u00e2ncat de mult timp. Cantitate mic\u0103, sigur nu face r\u0103u, nu exager\u0103m.<\/li>\n<li>Mar\u021bi, la pr\u00e2nz, m\u00e2nc\u0103m 1-2 c\u00e2rn\u0103ciori, c\u0103 nu am mai m\u00e2ncat de o lun\u0103. Nu facem abuz.<\/li>\n<li>Mar\u021bi, dup\u0103 cin\u0103, m\u00e2nc\u0103m o pr\u0103jitur\u0103 mic\u0103 sau o \u00eenghe\u021bat\u0103, c\u0103 nu am mai m\u00e2ncat desert de c\u00e2teva zile bune.<\/li>\n<li>Miercuri, la pr\u00e2nz, sarmale cu m\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103. De poft\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Joi, la cin\u0103, bem un pahar de vin ro\u0219u, c\u0103 nici alcool nu am mai b\u0103ut \u00een ultima vreme. Avem voie.<\/li>\n<li>Vineri, la cin\u0103, comand\u0103m o pizza. A venit weekend-ul. Nu am mai m\u00e2ncat demult a\u0219a ceva.<\/li>\n<li>Duminic\u0103, la cin\u0103, \u0219ni\u021bel pr\u0103jit, cu piure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0218i uite a\u0219a, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama, crez\u00e2nd c\u0103 nu facem abuzuri \u0219i c\u0103 nu exager\u0103m, ajungem s\u0103 consum\u0103m <strong>zilnic alimente d\u0103un\u0103toare<\/strong> \u2013 alimente care produc inflama\u021bie \u0219i contribuie, \u00eencet dar sigur, la instalarea bolilor cronice.<br>Iar dup\u0103 50 de ani de astfel de obiceiuri, ne trezim \u00eentreb\u00e2ndu-ne ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat cu analizele noastre, de ce \u201ebrusc\u201d nu mai sunt \u00een regul\u0103, de ce avem tot felul de simptome sau de ce \u00eencep s\u0103 apar\u0103 diagnostice din partea medicilor.<\/p>\n<p><b>De ce? Din cauza v\u00e2rstei? \u2013 a\u0219a spun mul\u021bi.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ei bine, nu v\u00e2rsta este de vin\u0103, ci obiceiurile pe care le-am practicat ani la r\u00e2nd.<\/strong> Corpul nostru este extraordinar de rezistent \u0219i capabil s\u0103 suporte mult, dar nu poate duce astfel de lupte la nesf\u00e2r\u0219it.<br>Pentru unii, problemele apar mai devreme \u2013 la 30-40 de ani. Pentru al\u021bii, mai t\u00e2rziu \u2013 la 60-70 de ani. Dar, inevitabil, \u00eencep s\u0103 apar\u0103 diagnostice, simptome zilnice \u0219i nevoia permanent\u0103 de medicamente doar pentru a putea func\u021biona.<br><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ce reprezint\u0103 o alimenta\u021bie echilibrat\u0103?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>A fi cump\u0103tat nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 evit\u0103m orice pl\u0103cere, ci s\u0103 m\u00e2nc\u0103m <b>corect \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tos 90% din timp<\/b>, iar \u00een restul de 10% s\u0103 ne permitem c\u00e2te un r\u0103sf\u0103\u021b, con\u0219tient \u0219i moderat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00censeamn\u0103 <b>dou\u0103 mese pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103<\/b> \u00een care putem alege <b>UNUL <\/b>dintre alimentele sau preparatele din lista celor d\u0103un\u0103toare. Doar unul, nu c\u00e2te unul \u00een fiecare zi.
