Sl\u0103nina \u0219i untura<br><\/b>Sunt surse concentrate de gr\u0103simi saturate, care au fost corelate \u00een numeroase studii cu apari\u021bia aterosclerozei \u0219i bolilor cardiovasculare, cauza de deces num\u0103rul 1 \u00een lume.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Lipsa legumelor \u0219i a fibrelor<br><\/b>Dieta tradi\u021bional\u0103 rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 nu era bogat\u0103 \u00een fibre, legume crude sau fructe. A o critica poate p\u0103rea un atac la r\u0103d\u0103cinile noastre culturale, de aceea se nasc reac\u021bii de respingere atunci c\u00e2nd nutri\u021bioni\u0219tii moderni pun sub semnul \u00eentreb\u0103rii alimente precum p\u00e2inea alb\u0103 sau sl\u0103nina.<\/p>\n<p><b>Simplificarea realit\u0103\u021bii <\/b>\u2013 Oamenii caut\u0103 explica\u021bii simple: \u201eazi ne \u00eemboln\u0103vim pentru c\u0103 nu mai m\u00e2nc\u0103m cum se m\u00e2nca odat\u0103\u201d. \u00cen realitate, bolile cronice au multiple cauze \u2014 alimenta\u021bie, stres, poluare, sedentarism, somn, etc.<\/p>\n<p><b>Alimenta\u021bia tradi\u021bional\u0103 a bunicilor no\u0219tri nu era \u201emai s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103\u201d, ci mai adaptat\u0103 contextului lor de via\u021b\u0103<\/b>: munc\u0103 fizic\u0103, lipsa accesului la alte alimente, lipsa educa\u021biei nutri\u021bionale, lipsa accesului la medicin\u0103 (mul\u021bi locuiau la sat, unde nu exista medic sau clinic\u0103).
