Citirea corect\u0103 a etichetelor alimentare e o abilitate pe care nimeni nu ne-a predat-o, dar care face o diferen\u021b\u0103 uria\u0219\u0103 \u00een alegerile zilnice.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219a c\u0103 hai s\u0103-\u021bi ar\u0103t, pas cu pas, ce ar trebui s\u0103 urm\u0103re\u0219ti c\u00e2nd vrei s\u0103 cumperi ceva s\u0103n\u0103tos \u0219i potrivit pentru tine.<br>F\u0103r\u0103 jargon inutil, f\u0103r\u0103 mituri. Doar lucruri clare, pe \u00een\u021belesul t\u0103u.<\/p>\n<p><h3>1. Nu te uita prima dat\u0103 la calorii \u2013 \u00eencepe cu ingredientele<\/h3>Da, \u0219tiu, poate p\u0103rea contraintuitiv, dar adev\u0103rul e c\u0103 lista de ingrediente spune mai mult despre calitatea produsului dec\u00e2t num\u0103rul de calorii.<br>Uit\u0103-te la:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ordinea ingredientelor: primul ingredient este cel care se reg\u0103se\u0219te \u00een cantitatea cea mai mare. Dac\u0103 pe un \u201ebaton de proteine\u201d primul ingredient e zah\u0103rul, e un semn de \u00eentrebare.<br>\u2022 C\u00e2t de lung\u0103 e lista: dac\u0103 sunt peste 15-20 de ingrediente \u0219i majoritatea sun\u0103 ca dintr-un laborator, e cazul s\u0103 te \u00eentrebi dac\u0103 produsul \u0103la mai seam\u0103n\u0103 cu m\u00e2ncarea.<br>\u2022 Zah\u0103r ascuns: poate fi trecut sub diverse forme \u2013 sirop de glucoz\u0103, dextroz\u0103, maltodextrin\u0103, zaharoz\u0103, sirop de porumb etc. Dac\u0103 apar mai multe \u00een list\u0103, deja vorbim despre un produs foarte procesat.<\/p>\n<p><h3>2. Cite\u0219te cu aten\u021bie por\u021bia \u2013 \u0219i c\u00e2t \u00eenseamn\u0103 ea \u00een realitate<\/h3>Aici e una dintre cele mai frecvente capcane. S\u0103 zicem c\u0103 un biscuit are 90 kcal&#8230; dar por\u021bia scris\u0103 pe ambalaj e \u201ejum\u0103tate de biscuit\u201d. Cine m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 jum\u0103tate de biscuit? Nimeni.<br>A\u0219adar:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Uit\u0103-te la c\u00e2te grame are o por\u021bie \u0219i c\u00e2te por\u021bii sunt \u00een total.<br>\u2022 Calculeaz\u0103 tu c\u00e2t consumi de fapt, ca s\u0103 ai imaginea complet\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><h3>3. Zah\u0103rul \u2013 nu doar c\u00e2t, ci \u0219i unde<\/h3>Pe etichet\u0103 vei vedea mereu o rubric\u0103 \u201edin care zaharuri\u201d. Dar nu toate zaharurile sunt rele. De exemplu, un iaurt natural cu fructe con\u021bine zaharuri naturale din lapte \u0219i fructe \u2013 ceea ce e ok.<br>Ce trebuie urm\u0103rit?<br>Dac\u0103 produsul e s\u0103rat, dar are mult zah\u0103r (ex. sosuri, cereale \u201efitness\u201d, dressinguri) \u2013 e un semnal de alarm\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 vezi zaharuri ad\u0103ugate la un produs care nu are nevoie de ele (ex. o conserv\u0103 de legume), \u00eentreab\u0103-te de ce sunt acolo.<\/p>\n<p><h3>4. Gr\u0103simile \u2013 ai grij\u0103 la cele \u201eascunse\u201d<\/h3>Nu toate gr\u0103simile sunt rele \u2013 avem nevoie de ele. Dar pe etichet\u0103 merit\u0103 s\u0103 urm\u0103re\u0219ti: C\u00e2t din totalul gr\u0103similor sunt gr\u0103simi saturate (ideal, s\u0103 nu fie un procent prea mare). Dac\u0103 apar men\u021biuni de tipul \u201euleiuri par\u021bial hidrogenate\u201d, e semn c\u0103 produsul con\u021bine gr\u0103simi trans, cele mai d\u0103un\u0103toare pentru inim\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><h3>5. Fibrele \u2013 un detaliu adesea ignorat<\/h3>Fibrele sunt esen\u021biale pentru digestie, sa\u021bietate \u0219i reglarea glicemiei. Un produs cu carbohidra\u021bi poate fi o alegere mai bun\u0103 dac\u0103 are \u0219i un con\u021binut decent de fibre (ex: p\u00e2inea integral\u0103 vs p\u00e2inea alb\u0103).<br>\u2192 Caut\u0103 cel pu\u021bin 7-10 g de fibre pe 100 g, mai ales la produse de tip cereale, p\u00e2ine sau biscui\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p><h3>6. E-uri \u2013 sunt toate rele? Nu chiar.<\/h3>S\u0103 l\u0103murim un mit: nu toate E-urile sunt toxice. Unele sunt complet inofensive (ex. acidul citric \u2013 E330 \u2013 care e din l\u0103m\u00e2ie).<br>Ce trebuie urm\u0103rit?<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Dac\u0103 lista de ingrediente e plin\u0103 de coduri, coloran\u021bi, poten\u021biatori de arom\u0103 \u2013 e un semn c\u0103 produsul e foarte procesat.<br>\u2022 E bine s\u0103 recuno\u0219ti m\u0103car jum\u0103tate din ingredientele dintr-un produs. Dac\u0103 nu po\u021bi pronun\u021ba ce scrie, \u00eentreab\u0103-te dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103-l m\u0103n\u00e2nci.<\/p>\n<p><h3>7. Aten\u021bie la etichetele \u201ede marketing\u201d<\/h3>\u2022 \u201eF\u0103r\u0103 zah\u0103r ad\u0103ugat\u201d poate \u00eensemna totu\u0219i plin de glucide (chiar \u0219i din zaharuri naturale).<br>\u2022 \u201eLight\u201d sau \u201efitness\u201d nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 neap\u0103rat s\u0103n\u0103tos \u0219i nici corect din punct de vedere nutritiv.<br>\u2022 \u201eNatural\u201d nu este un termen reglementat. Poate \u00eensemna orice.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste men\u021biuni atrag ochiul, dar adev\u0103rul e mereu pe spatele ambalajului, \u00een tabelul nutri\u021bional \u0219i lista de ingrediente.<\/p>\n<p><h3>8. Caut\u0103 alimente bogate \u00een proteine<\/h3>Proteinele \u0219i fibrele trebuie prioritizate la fiecare mas\u0103. Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta? C\u0103 le vom consuma \u00een cantitate mare. Vezi dac\u0103 produsul pe care vrei s\u0103 \u00eel cumperi con\u021bine un num\u0103r decent de proteine \u0219i fibre per 100 g.<\/p>\n<p>Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103, de fapt, un aliment \u201ecorect\u201d?<br>Nu exist\u0103 un produs \u201eperfect\u201d. Dar exist\u0103 alimente care se potrivesc stilului t\u0103u de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i obiectivului t\u0103u, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103-\u021bi saboteze s\u0103n\u0103tatea. Citirea etichetelor te ajut\u0103 s\u0103 faci alegeri con\u0219tiente, nu doar \u201esper c\u0103 e ok\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i dac\u0103 \u021bi se pare complicat\u2026<br>La \u00eenceput, e normal s\u0103 par\u0103 greu. Poate \u00ee\u021bi ia 10 minute \u00een plus \u00een magazin.
