S\u0103 de\u021bin\u0103 toate cuno\u0219tin\u021bele necesare pentru a se descurca pe cont propriu.<\/p><h2><strong>Cum decurge o colaborare cu mine<\/strong><\/h2><h3>1. Consulta\u021bia online<\/h3><p>Consulta\u021bia dureaz\u0103 aproximativ 60 de minute \u0219i are loc online. \u00cen aceast\u0103 sesiune:<\/p><ul><li>ne cunoa\u0219tem mai bine \u0219i discut\u0103m \u00een detaliu obiectivele tale;<\/li><li>realiz\u0103m o evaluare complet\u0103 a stilului t\u0103u de via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i al istoricului medical (vei r\u0103spunde la aprox 50 de \u00eentreb\u0103ri);<\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant-ligatures: inherit; font-variant-caps: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px; word-spacing: 0em;\">stabilim obiective clare \u0219i realiste pe termen lung;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3>2. Jurnalul alimentar<\/h3><p>Timp de 7-10 zile vei \u021bine un jurnal alimentar detaliat. Este, din experien\u021ba mea, cea mai eficient\u0103 metod\u0103 de a \u00een\u021belege cu adev\u0103rat obiceiurile \u0219i comportamentele tale alimentare.<\/p><p>Tot ce trebuie s\u0103 faci este s\u0103-mi scrii pe WhatsApp, \u00een fiecare zi, tot ce m\u0103n\u00e2nci \u0219i bei. Informa\u021biile trebuie s\u0103 includ\u0103: alimentul \u0219i cantitatea (\u00eemi po\u021bi trimite \u0219i poz\u0103 dac\u0103 vrei).<\/p><h3>3. Recomand\u0103rile nutri\u021bionale<\/h3><p>Dup\u0103 cele 7-10 zile \u00een care ai \u021binut jurnalul alimentar, vei primi recomand\u0103ri personalizate. Acestea vor fi sub forma unor documente PDF care vor con\u021bine recomand\u0103ri bazate pe informa\u021biile colectate \u00een timpul consulta\u021biei online, dar \u0219i \u00een urma analizei jurnalului alimentar.
